At Salerno’s Espresso & Panini, family is at the heart of everything we do.

Founder Dean Salerno, proud of his Southern Italian heritage, grew up in a home where family gatherings and exceptional food were inseparable. Weekly feasts at Nonna’s, surrounded by uncles, aunts and cousins, were filled with laughter, stories and an endless spread of authentic homemade dishes. Every evening, his mother’s cooking brought the same warmth, generosity and love to the family table.

Those cherished traditions are the foundation of Salerno’s today.

Dean now proudly runs the business alongside his son, Christian, and other family members, continuing the values that have been passed down through generations. Every panini and coffee is prepared with care, using quality ingredients and time-honoured recipes that celebrate authentic Italian flavours.
