Our Story
Anthony and Dean Salerno, first and third of four brothers of southern Italian heritage grew up with family and food at the centre of life.
Feasts at Nonna’s with uncles, aunts and cousins, where they would eat a multitude of delicious dishes until bursting full was a weekly affair, while mum’s nightly dinners were the stuff most dream of.
It is this family and food culture which inspires Salerno’s Espresso and Panini today.
The brothers are joined on this venture by long-time friend and “adopted” brother Matt Ambroziak who has a vast experience in the hospitality industry and is an essential ingredient in the operations of Salerno’s.
Also joining us on the Salerno’s family team is Dean’s eldest son, Christian.
